Blackcurrant Curd is carefully blended product is delicious used as a topping in all pastry cooking, use as a filling to sponge cakes, or spread thickly on fresh buttered bread or newly baked scones.

A twist on traditional lemon curd, this product has a more tart flavour as it is made solely from the juice of blackcurrants,  compared with lemon or our passion fruit curd.

Ingredients:

Sugar, blackcurrant juice (61%), pasteurised whole egg, butter (milk), lemon juice, agar, citric acid.

• For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May also contain traces of nuts.
• No artificial flavouring, colouring or preservative.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once open refrigerate, consume within 4 weeks.
