Using Seville oranges at their seasonal best, the recipe balances the sharp citrus character with natural sweetness. The fine cut honours the tradition of lighter, smoother marmalades that have graced British breakfast tables for generations. Our 227g jars from our Deli Range are perfect for gifting or adding a refined touch to smaller breakfast tables.
