The Wooden Spoon is launching a new seasonal range of preserves celebrating the Best of British produce. Starting with Rhubarb & Elderflower jam, this ‘first edition’ will be available from 11th March until May, thereafter the company will follow the seasons with Strawberry, Raspberry, Apricot, Victoria Plum and Damson.

Company Director Jeff Higgins explains: “We cannot always source British fruit, but this new range ensures that we are able to focus on local and British produce from Spring to Autumn. We will make these one at a time, and when fruit runs out, we’ll wait til the next one arrives”.
