The first from our Single Batch range. A limited edition of only a single cook of 400 jars, made by our master preservers here at The Wooden Spoon.

As part of our Single Batch project, we will feature a number of interesting and amazing preserves throughout the year. These preserves will not be available in the shops, only through our website for a lucky few customers. So order yours now, once they are gone, they are gone!

This Single Batch cook is a Blackberry extra jam. Made from fresh Kentish Blackberries, grown a few miles away from us at Clock House Farm and hand picked for premium quality. Using the Driscoll’s Victoria variety for the biggest and sweetest Blackberries, this Jam has an amazing robust flavour packed with fruit.

Ingredients are: Sugar, Blackberries (45%), Gelling Agent: Pectin, Citric Acid.

Prepared with 45g of fruit per 100g

No artificial flavouring, colouring or preservative.
