Bitter Sweet Lemon Curd – With Kentish Lavender



This carefully blended product is delicious used as a topping in all pastry cooking, use as a filling to sponge cakes, or spread thickly on fresh buttered bread or newly baked scones.


Sugar, lemon juice (22.5%) (sulphites), pasteurised whole egg, butter (milk), lavender essence (1%), lemon zest (<1%), agar.
