A rich, fruity jam made with the finest Damsons and topped off with a dash of sloe gin. Presented in a 300g clip kilner and wooden spoon.

Sugar, Damsons (45% part stoned), Sloe Gin (2.5%), Gelling Agent: Pectin, Citric Acid
