Ingredients
- 1 sheet ready-rolled puff pastry
- 4–5 tbsp The Wooden Spoon Salted Caramel Curd
- 1 egg, beaten
- Optional: cinnamon sugar or crushed pecans for sprinkling
Method
- Prep: Heat oven to 200°C (180°C fan) and line a baking tray with parchment.
- Fill: Unroll the puff pastry and spread an even layer of salted caramel curd over the surface.
- Roll & slice: Roll up from the long edge into a tight log. Slice into 1.5–2cm swirls.
- Bake: Place on the tray, brush lightly with beaten egg, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or pecans if using. Bake for 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden.
