Award-winning Preserves

Ouse Valley Foods was founded in 2004 by Julian Warrender and are renowned for their innovation and creativity, making award-winning Jellies, Chutneys, Jams and Marmalades. Upon the retirement of Julian Warrender last year, Ouse Valley is now an integral part of Wooden Spoon, specialising in jellies and complex spiced chutneys. Though unusual and often unique, the products have a traditional element giving a timeless as well as surprising impact many of which can be used to enhance recipes and lift the ordinary to the extraordinary!
