Bittersweet Lemon Curd Mini Tarts

A zesty little treat that’s ready in minutes!

You’ll need:

  • 1 jar Bittersweet Lemon Curd
  • 1 pack ready-made mini pastry cases or tart shells
  • A dollop of whipped cream (optional)
  • Lemon zest or fresh berries to decorate

How to make:

  1. Spoon the Bittersweet Lemon Curd into each tart shell.
  2. Add a swirl of whipped cream on top (optional).
  3. Finish with a sprinkle of lemon zest or a berry.
  4. Chill for 10 minutes, then serve and enjoy that perfect tangy-sweet bite!
