Yes. Once opened, store bottled fruits in the fridge and enjoy within the timeframe shown on the label. Keep the fruit submerged in its syrup or liquor and use a clean spoon to maintain freshness.

They’re incredibly versatile. Spoon Cherries over ice cream, pancakes, or blueberries over porridge, serve pears with cheeseboards, fold into desserts, or use the syrup in cocktails, spritzes, or mocktails even add a few whole raspberries. They’re made to elevate simple moments with very little effort.

Stem ginger is wonderfully warming and aromatic. Chop it into ginger cakes or puddings, drizzle the syrup into sauces or marinades, or drop a piece into a glass of champagne or sparkling water for a fiery, indulgent twist.

Preserved fruit is a broad term that covers many methods, including jams, conserves, and drying. Bottled fruits are preserved whole or in pieces, sealed in jars or bottles with syrup or alcohol, keeping their texture, shape, and natural character intact.
