Delivery Information

Postage and Packaging is charged at £3.99 for orders up to £10.00 (UK Mainland only). Free delivery (UK Mainland only) will be provided for all orders £10.00 and over. Delivery outside the UK Mainland is also available, please contact us for a quote. Please call or email for shipping costs for all deliveries to Scotland, Ireland, and the Channel Islands.

We aim to despatch orders within three working days, but please allow 14 days in the event of being out of stock, but we will contact you if this is that case.

Please ensure that you provide accurate contact or delivery details to ensure timely delivery. We do not accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to incorrect address details. In the event that nobody is available to receive the order, the courier will leave a card to arrange a convenient time. A signed note (‘Please leave the items at…’) will be acceptable, but we will take no responsibility in the event of missing items.
