Valentine Truffles with Boozy Berries

Ingredients

Ganache:

  • 150ml single cream (or dairy free alternative)
  • 250g dark chocolate (or dairy free alternative)
  • 1 jar of Wooden Spoon Boozy Berries- drained

Coating:

  • 100g dark chocolate (or dairy free alternative)
  • 100g white chocolate (or dairy free alternative)
  • Freeze dried strawberries

Method

For the ganache:
Break the chocolate into pieces and gently melt in a bowl over a pan of water
Add the cream and whisk off the heat
Add the well-drained fruit and leave to cool before placing in fridge until set
Lightly grease your hands with vegetable oil Roll the ganache into small balls using your hands
Place on a baking tray on greaseproof paper and put back into the fridge

For the coating:
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a gentle heat Remove the ganache balls from the fridge Using a fork or pour the chocolate over the ganache balls
Sprinkle with freeze dried strawberries and leave to set on greaseproof paper
