Our team:
Our team at the office would be your initial point of contact (Belinda
or Dawn on 01233 812251), but we can also put you in touch with
our team of regional agents who can provide assistance & advice.
Minimum Orders:
In order to avoid carriage paid, we would require a 12 case minimum
order with the United Kingdom. This can be split into half cases
enabling you to display a fuller range without you incurring a
large stock tie-up. Export terms & conditions are arranged
separately.
Delivery:
We usually fulfill orders within seven working days, although we
have the flexibility to respond quicker even if it means producing
to order.
Own Label:
We provide a personalised ‘Own Label’ facility, complete
with a choice of cloth bonnets. This is inexpensive to set-up, as
we print your personalised labels to order. We apply the same order
and delivery conditions as above.
Trade Support:
Our aim is to communicate with our independent trade customers on
a regular basis, to ensure that we provide you with a range that
is relevant and varied. Our pricing should enable you to obtain
the highest margins in category, as we are striving to establish
Wooden Spoon as the benchmark in terms of product quality and service. |
