Our Products

The results are truly individual and distinctive preserves; we produce over a dozen marmalades, from the delicious English Breakfast fine cut favourite to the wonderful orange, apricot and almond Country House. Our jams are even more varied, including the berries and hazelnut Canterbury, and the truly special plum apple and pear High Dumpsie Dearie! We believe that our jams and marmalades are amongst the best you can find.

We have also established ourselves as leaders in the premium fruits in liqueur market, and provide a wonderful complement of chutneys, sauces and jellies. Seasonal favourites such as Mincemeat, Dessert Ginger and bespoke hampers are also on the menu.

Our ‘no added sugar’ 100% fruit spreads are also reaching to a new audience, and we aim to widen the range further.

The Garden of England is the source of the majority of our British fruit, and we purchase across the globe for the other ingredients which make Wooden Spoon products what they are: distinctive, time-honoured yet innovative.
