A distinctive jam lovingly prepared by hand in small batches by our master preservers, containing nothing but the finest whole fruit and natural ingredients.

The greengage was introduced to England by Thomas Gage and first grown in Firle, Sussex. A rare fruit and a distinctive plum flavour.

Sugar, Plums (45% part stoned) Gelling Agent: Pectin, Citric Acid.
