Making a Purchase
In order to purchase a product, simply browse through the online shopping facility.
Click on items of your choice and they will be put on your shopping basket
(a running total is also visible on the right of the screen whilst you are
shopping). Once you have chosen the items and the quantities, click on ‘Checkout’.
The products and total purchase price will appear and invite you to complete
your payment and delivery details.
Payment & Credit Card Security
We accept credit/debit card which are processed by HSBC Bank via a secure
on-line encrypted payment system, and accept Switch,
Solo, MasterCard, Visa and Eurocard. For payments by cheque will
be despatched upon receipt of payment. Payment by cheque or postal
order payable to ‘The Wooden Spoon Preserving Company Ltd’ .
You may send your credit card information over the internet or by fax or
mail if you prefer. Payment will not be debited from your account until the
goods are despatched to you
Minimum Orders
Our minimum order is £10.00 to any UK mainland address. Please
note that orders for non-UK Mainland are likely to meet a small surcharge.
Non-UK deliveries will be advised of transport cost at time of ordering. All
prices quoted are in British Pounds (sterling).
Delivery
Postage and Packaging is charged at £3.95 for orders up to £30.00.
Free delivery (UK Mainland only) will be provided for all orders over £30.00.
We aim to despatch orders within three working days, but please allow 14 days
in the event of being out of stock.
Please ensure that you provide accurate contact or delivery details to ensure
timely delivery. In the event. If nobody is available to receive the order,
the courier will leave a card to arrange a convenient time. A signed note will
be acceptable if the items as to be dropped off, but we will take not responsibility
in the event of missing items.
Claims for Loss or Damage
The nature of our products means that there is a possibility of damage or leakage.
If this is the case, please contact us within three days of receiving the items
to arrange a replacement.
